Moive Poster by Kaleb Hendrix "Sotra: Dawn of the Shadow Thief" based off of the movie Paladin.
i used a background and added a levels adjustment on in to make the city extremely dark compared to the original picture. also i added a levels layer to my thief because i wanted him a little darker but not as dark as i made the city. also i brought in a picture of the moon and used a hue adjustment layer on it and then i put a mask on it so i could take out the part to show the top of the building. i used two effects on my thing which were bevel and shadow. and then i put a 80 or 90 percent opacity on the moon so it wouldn't be to bright.
